K38 INSTRUCTOR TRAINING 2015

Nate Ditmore worked a Stage 5 training on the Sacramento River to develop his instructor training qualification. Nate proved his seamanship skills in a variety of prior K38 Open Water Courses hosted in Morro Bay, California where he is a Deputy on the Morro Bay Harbor Department.
Nate posses excellent mariner and water skills and has a pedigree in supporting a variety of training programs from his prior service work before joining up in the fire and harbor communities.
I am greatly pleased with his skillsets, training capabilities and knowledge and look forward to training hiim to the highest level in our community to better serve society and our student cadre.
